We can cater from between 1 email and 1,000,000 email address on the list so long as the email addresses on the lists are people who have subscribed or have authorised third party emails to be sent to them. |

Pricing
The cost of sending emails out is cheaper than you think, we only charge from just 0.003p per email we send for you which is an amazing price! For a full break down of the prices, please see the chart below which details the different options. Please note that each order is subject to a £10 + VAT setup charge for the mailing, this is a one off. In the price you get included, stripping out any duplicate email addresses and also setting the list up.

Details
To send an email can be done in two formats, either plain text or HTML. Most people send HTML emails as they look better! We can send out plain text emails or HTML emails for the same price, for HTML emails, you will need to have created the web page and given us the path to it, and all links to pages and images on the page must have full URL's not just file paths.
We will not send emails out that are advertising or publishing information for illegal acts such as hacking, terrorism, any illegal activities or offering for sale any products that infringe copyright of the original material or sending our phishing emails.

Email Design Service
If you would like us to create an HTML email for you, we charge a one off of £25 + VAT for the entire design. All we need is the content to go on it. Please view our HTML Email Design page for more information.

When
do the emails get sent?
When you have provided us with a list of all the email addresses and content for the email, the list will be sent out either the night that the order has been placed, or at a date when you would like it to be delivered. If the emailing list is very large, i.e over 50,000 email addresses, then the list is split over 48 hours at the maximum to prevent any problems.
Are
your email lists secure?
Your email list is very secure with NameHog, we specialise in keeping clients data very secure away from anyone who isnt authorised to access it. Your lists will be encryped before and after use. |
