If you would like to send out large volumes of email to your clients, or if you have purchased a mailing list, we can design and distribute your email for you. HTML Email design is very similar to normal website design in the fact that it is still a webpage that you are designing, but there are a few small differences in the way that it works. |

A Mail Shot Must Look Professional!
Remembering your web site and email is the front end
of your business, your HTML Email needs to be of a high
quality as it will help your visitors trust you and
your products and services that you offer. NameHog will
make it so your email looks professional and not like a junk email. We also make sure that it has all the relevant parts to it enabling it not to get blocked by anti spam software.
If your email you sent out didn't have a professional look and
feel to it, then you may as well throw your money away
as it won't do you any favours, and in some cases can do more damage than good. We create high quality emails that are clean & uncluttered, and that people read.
The
Email Design Process
We will draw up an HTML email, something along
the lines of what you have in mind and we will show
you the eamples so you can let us know if you require
any major changes. We will then create a more final design based on your comments. We will tweak it until
you're happy with the end result
How Do We Distribute It?
The distribution of your email is done with special software we have written ourselves, we send your email out at any time of day that you specify, depending on how many emails are to go out, it can take upto a few hours to all go. We can add tracing in on your email to tell you who has opened and viewed your email so that you can monitor the response from it.

The Five Golden Rules of HTML Email Design We Stick By
-
Never use images for important titles: Important content like headlines, links and any calls to action, never use images, you may risk the subscriber missing something you dont want them to!
-
We always add a text link: This is almost critical as if for any reason the email doesnt come through correctly or they struggle to view it in any way, they can just click on a link to take them to a webpage they can view it on.
-
Use alt text on all images:
We ensure all images contain al text so that if the subscriber doesnt allow images to be shown, they can see what they are by the text label. Also we size all the images and dont leave them on blank sizes so that when images are not loaded, the design is still inline.
-
Address Book Link: We always add a link for the subscriber to add your email address to their address book and make it obvious in many parts of the email.
-
Most important message is at the top left: We see that the message that you want to put accross to the end user is always at the top left of the email as statistically thats where everyone looks to start with.
