order for NameHog to maintain a 99.99% uptime guarantee, it is important
that we do regular maintenance to our network and servers. This could
be for software updates and hardware changes. Planned maintenance does
not count as downtime and cannot be compensated for. All system problems
and planned maintenance will be listed below.

to all of its customers, but on occasions there will be system problems
due to the nature of the business . Any system problems that have arisen
will be listed here with times, dates and estimated time that service
will be restored to normal. |

NameHog will send email notifications of scheduled maintenance to our
network and servers at least 72 hours in advance to all parties who have
opted in to receive technical support announcements. Due to the nature
of the business there will be occasions when work will need to be carried
out on days other than that listed on here, or with less than 72 hours
notice depending on what needs to be done. The NameHog team are dedicated
to giving its customers the best support possible and does try to limit
